ImmiCove

Trust and privacy

These are the principles ImmiCove is being built to follow.

Private by default

Applicant records stay private unless the applicant shares them. This public website does not list case files. Signed-in uploads go to private storage.

Collect less

An account asks for an email and a display name. A Case Passport can hold labels, dates, notes you type, and files you upload. It does not ask for full receipt numbers or A-numbers.

The applicant decides

The person the case belongs to chooses what to keep and what to share. A professional does not receive a record merely by having a workspace.

Separate from government

ImmiCove is not part of USCIS, the Department of Homeland Security, the Department of Justice, the Department of State, or any court. It does not use a government seal because it is not an official service.

Limits of assistance

The Notice Assistant can prepare a plain-language reading after a security scan is operating and you ask for it. It stays off until then. It will not tell you whether you qualify, predict an outcome, calculate a deadline, or act as your lawyer. Confirm anything important with the issuing agency or a licensed attorney.

Not legal advice

ImmiCove is not a law firm. Nothing on this site is legal advice, an eligibility result, or a filing service. A licensed attorney advises on your situation. Software does not.

Security commitments

Signed-in files are stored in a private Azure container. Downloads stay off until a security scan finishes. Only the account that uploaded a file can open its record. These controls are not a completed audit or certification.

Records are not training data

Uploaded records are not used for advertising or to train models.
